Sales and Operations Coordinator - Native Arabic Speaker

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Respond to B2B and B2C client inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
• Dispatch product samples and process customer orders.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics teams.
• Schedule sales meetings and maintain team calendars.
• Maintain customer databases and CRM records accurately.
• Prepare sales documents and reports.
• Manage client communications by email and phone.
• Support sales campaigns and promotions with the marketing team.
• Research potential clients and market opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up communications after initial sales contact.
• Travel for business purposes and client visits as needed.
• Promote the company and build partner and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with native-level Arabic and strong business proficiency in both languages.
• At least two years of experience in sales support or coordination.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Organized with solid administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
• Must be in the UAE and available to start immediately.

Preferred qualifications

• One year of B2B sales experience is preferred.
• One year of logistics experience is preferred.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person.
