Role Overview
Support sales growth in the GCC market for a matcha supplier serving cafes and speciality coffee shops.
Coordinate sales operations, client communication, orders, and deliveries.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales records, reports, and client registries.
- Manage phone calls, handle client inquiries, and build strong client relationships.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with the courier for accurate and timely delivery.
- Generate sales reports to monitor performance.
- Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with marketing on sales and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Support or Coordination.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Currently in the UAE and available to start immediately.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Additional Preference
A UAE driving license is preferred.
