About the Role

  • We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing to join our growing team.
  • If you have experience in B2B sales within the chemical, polyurethane, plastics, or industrial raw materials industry and enjoy building long term customer relationships, we'd like to hear from you.
  • Your main objective is to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and promote our product portfolio across the GCC, Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans for assigned target products.
  • Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
  • Promote the company's products through marketing and customer engagement activities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after sales support.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until order completion.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel within the GCC, Middle East, and Africa when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, polyurethane, plastics, polymers, or industrial raw materials.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • UAE driving license is required.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred

  • Existing network within the foam, mattress, furniture, automotive, construction, or plastics industries.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho CRM or similar.
