Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and execute sales plans for assigned target products
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Promote the company's products through marketing and customer engagement activities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after sales support
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for business growth
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until order completion
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Travel within the GCC, Middle East, and Africa when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, polyurethane, plastics, polymers, or industrial raw materials
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- UAE driving license is required
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage

About the Role
- We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing to join our growing team.
- If you have experience in B2B sales within the chemical, polyurethane, plastics, or industrial raw materials industry and enjoy building long term customer relationships, we'd like to hear from you.
- Your main objective is to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and promote our product portfolio across the GCC, Middle East, and Africa.
