The Role

You will own a portfolio of customers across the GCC, Africa, or wider Middle East — and you will grow it.

You will hunt new accounts, expand wallet share with existing ones, and defend margins against price-driven competitors.

You will be measured on revenue, gross profit, and customer retention — in that order.

We sell Chemical raw materials to manufacturers.

The buyers you face are factory owners, technical managers, and procurement heads.

They respect competence and remember weakness.

You must be the former.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, technical discussion, quotation, negotiation, closure, and post-sale account management.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline across assigned territories and customer segments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, gross profit, and new customer acquisition.
  • Negotiate pricing within approved commercial frameworks and escalate margin exceptions for approval.
  • Execute sales through multiple commercial models based on customer requirements and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts in the company CRM system.
  • Travel regionally to visit customers, conduct site visits, and attend industry events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and management of customer credit and collections.
  • Provide market intelligence: competitor activity, pricing trends, customer demand patterns, and emerging market opportunities.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Business, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience in chemicals, polymers, polyurethane, plastics, or adjacent industrial verticals.
  • Demonstrated track record of carrying and exceeding a quota — be ready to walk us through specific deals you closed.
  • Strong technical aptitude — you can hold a conversation about TDI/MDI ratios, polyol functionality, foam density, and additive chemistry.
  • Negotiation skills sharpened against real procurement heads — you understand TCO, payment terms, Incoterms, and credit risk.
  • UAE driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC and selected Africa / Middle East markets.
  • Fluent English. Arabic and/or French is a strong plus depending on territory.

Strong Advantages

  • Existing relationships with foam, mattress, automotive, footwear, construction, or appliance manufacturers in the region.
  • Experience structuring back-to-back trade deals with letters of credit, bank guarantees, and trade finance instruments.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Zoho CRM, or equivalent pipeline tools.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped bonus tied directly to achieved gross profit.
  • A portfolio of established customer accounts to protect and grow — you will not start from zero.
  • Direct line to the GM. Fast decisions, flat hierarchy, no bureaucracy.
  • Standard UAE benefits: visa, medical insurance, travel allowance, annual leave, and end-of-service per UAE Labour Law.
