Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in healthcare, education, training, or vocational services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong sales ability with a proven focus on lead generation and conversion.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Professional, confident, and target-driven approach.
• Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the institute’s healthcare and caregiving training programs.
• Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop relationships with clients, companies, organizations, and potential partners.
• Handle inquiries, present training programs, and support the sales process.
• Follow up on leads, identify business opportunities, and convert prospects into clients or enrollments.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
