Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Title: Sales and Marketing officer- Dubai

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to support the growth and enrollment of our healthcare and caregiving training programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our training programs, handling inquiries, following up with prospective students and clients, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong sales mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving assigned sales targets.

in healthcare, education, training, or vocational services is an advantage.

• Promote and market the institute’s healthcare and caregiving training programs through various channels.
• Generate new leads through social media, digital marketing, networking, referrals, outbound calls, and other appropriate channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students and clients.
• Explain training programs, course details, benefits, and enrollment procedures clearly to prospective students.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective students to maximize enrollment opportunities.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, clients, companies, organizations, and potential business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop potential partnerships to increase student enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates on lead generation and enrollment performance.
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities when required.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability in lead generation, customer follow-up, sales conversion, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Confident and professional when communicating with prospective students and clients.
• Strong sales ability with a clear focus on achieving targets and results.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, education, training, or vocational services is an advantage.
• Professional, organized, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
