Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Manager reports to the General Manager or Administrative Manager.
The role supervises marketing coordinators and coordinates with center staff and employees.
The position leads marketing, market development, commercial coordination, and client-related follow-up for the center.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies for the center’s products and services.
- Lead, train, and support marketing coordinators and staff.
- Identify potential new markets and develop market-entry plans.
- Manage the marketing department budget and ensure spending achieves a positive return on investment.
- Improve product and service marketability and profitability through market research and service or package development.
- Negotiate and communicate with third-party marketing agents to supply qualified candidates to the center.
- Oversee digital marketing activities with the company’s media coordinator.
- Monitor workforce status and coordinate adjustments before penalties or fines are incurred where possible.
- Follow up on collection of payments related to completed client contracts.
- Coordinate with agents and the center’s clients.
