Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Sales Execution: Drive client acquisition and revenue generation across key markets; Lead and support high value deal structuring and closing; Build and optimize sales pipelines, conversion strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies aligned with luxury positioning; Oversee digital, performance, and relationship driven marketing channels; Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints.
  • AI Driven Marketing & Optimization: Utilize AI tools to enhance lead generation, targeting, personalization, and campaign performance; Apply data driven decision making across sales and marketing activities; Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns using modern technologies.
  • Hands On Execution: Act as an operator—directly involved in campaigns, outreach, and sales initiatives; Build and refine funnels, client journeys, and engagement strategies; Maintain speed, adaptability, and accountability in execution.
  • Networking & Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong networks with high profile individuals and decision makers; Leverage personal and professional networks to generate qualified opportunities; Represent the company in elite environments, events, and client interactions.
  • Client & Market Intelligence: Understand UHNW client behavior, preferences, and decision drivers; Translate insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies; Position the company to compete on value, not price.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams; Align marketing efforts with real time commercial priorities; Ensure seamless integration between lead generation and conversion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Hands on, execution driven, and highly self motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and deliver measurable results
  • Practical experience in utilizing AI tools within sales and marketing functions
  • Strong networking ability with access to or capability to build relationships with high profile individuals, UHNW, and relevant companies
  • High level of emotional intelligence and social awareness
  • Strategic thinker with a data driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in luxury services, or UHNW client segments
  • Background in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth roles
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and client acquisition
