Role Description

The Elite Relationship & Account Manager is responsible for driving high-value client acquisition while managing and growing elite client relationships.

This role requires a commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent professional who can navigate complex client psychology, influence decision-making, and consistently close premium aviation deals.

The position operates at the intersection of sales, client advisory, and relationship management—requiring resilience, composure under pressure, and the ability to deliver results in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment.

*Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation*

  • Identify, approach, and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • *Elite Relationship Management*
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with UHNW clients
  • Act as a strategic advisor, not just a service provider
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer tailored solutions

*Commercial Negotiation & Influence*

  • Handle pricing discussions strategically without eroding perceived value
  • Understand underlying client motivations beyond stated requests
  • Guide clients toward value recognition rather than transactional decisions

*Client Psychology & Experience Excellence*

  • Read and interpret client behavior, tone, and intent accurately
  • Apply emotional intelligence to manage expectations and objections
  • Maintain composure and professionalism under sustained pressure
  • *Internal Coordination*
  • Work closely with operations and sourcing teams to deliver seamless service
  • Ensure client promises are executed with precision and consistency

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven sales ability — a natural closer with strong commercial instinct
  • Polished, well-presented, and capable of engaging high-profile clients
  • High level of patience and mental resilience
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under real pressure environments
  • Strong memory and situational awareness (ability to recall client preferences and past interactions)
  • Solid understanding of human psychology and behavioral patterns
  • High emotional and social intelligence
  • Ability to read between the lines — understanding what the client truly wants vs. what is stated
  • Strategic mindset in handling discussions
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

Preferred Experience

  • Background in luxury sales, private aviation, concierge, or high-end services
  • Experience dealing with UHNW individuals or corporate executives
  • This role is designed for individuals who combine sharp sales capability with refined interpersonal intelligence—capable of operating at the highest level of client engagement while consistently delivering commercial results.
