Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote company services
- Collaborate on developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media campaigns
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate or service industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Persuasive and confident with excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English

Job Overview
- Tejwaans Corporate Group, a leading provider of business setup, corporate consulting, and commercial services in Qatar, is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Sales and Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote Tejwaans Corporate Group services
- Collaborate on developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media campaigns
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence to engage potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management
- Track client interactions and maintain an updated CRM database
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the corporate or service industry
- Familiarity with the business setup or corporate consulting sector in Qatar is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Persuasive and confident with excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus
Compensation
- Pay: QAR2,000.00 QAR3,000.00 per month
