- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging marketing content
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and customer visits
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after sales support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
