The Sales and Leasing Manager will lead and build Voyage UAE's sales and leasing division.
The role requires a high-performance sales professional who can generate business, close transactions, build a team, establish developer relationships, and deliver revenue.
The successful candidate will develop a scalable, high-performing department from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Own the sales and leasing department and implement a revenue-aligned sales strategy.
- Generate business through prospecting, networking, referrals, developer relationships, investors, property owners, and corporate clients.
- Close high-value sales and leasing transactions and maintain a qualified client and investor pipeline.
- Build developer relationships, secure inventory, launch projects, negotiate opportunities, and expand the property portfolio.
