Role Overview
Lead the real estate sales and leasing team, grow business, and achieve sales and occupancy targets.
Manage the full sales and leasing process and maintain professional service from initial inquiry through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, train, and manage the sales and leasing team.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and achieve team revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales and leasing process.
- Develop lead-generation and deal-closing strategies.
- Build relationships with landlords, property owners, and clients.
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity.
- Track lead follow-up through the CRM.
- Coordinate property listings and marketing activities.
- Prepare management performance reports.
- Ensure transactions comply with company procedures and Qatar regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Five years of Qatar real estate brokerage experience is required.
- Two years of sales and leasing team management experience is required.
- A valid Qatari driving licence and a car are required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- The candidate should be confident, organized, and target-driven.
- Previous experience in Qatar’s real estate market is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 5,000 to QAR 7,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
