- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions
- Advise clients on suitable properties and negotiate lease and sale terms
- Prepare and review lease documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for listing, marketing, and transaction support
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track renewals
- Support resident retention through responsive follow up and problem resolution
- Stay informed about market trends, new projects, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Experience with leases, lease administration, and understanding of leasing regulations and documentation
- Strong customer service and resident retention skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software
- Ability to work on site and manage time effectively
- Relevant certification or license in real estate (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English

Role Description
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions.
- Advise clients on suitable properties and negotiate lease and sale terms.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi, is highly preferred.

- Ability to work on site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple properties and client inquiries simultaneously.
- Relevant certification or license in real estate (or willingness to obtain).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
