Key Responsibilities

  • Advise investors and end users on Abu Dhabi's latest off plan developments.
  • Conduct investment consultations, property presentations, and project viewings.
  • Recommend suitable investment opportunities, payment plans, and ROI strategies.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with local and international investors.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful property transactions.
  • Manage the complete sales process from enquiry through SPA signing and handover.
  • Represent VIP Brokerage at developer launches, exhibitions, and exclusive property events.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, developer incentives, and new project launches.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience (Off Plan preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing property transactions in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Hindi, Russian, Spanish or Urdu are highly advantageous.
  • Broker Licence is preferred (or willingness to obtain one—we provide support).
  • Self motivated, target driven, and passionate about real estate sales.
