Sales and Business Development Manager

• We work with premium villas, apartments, and offices, providing high-quality maintenance and renovation services.
• We are looking for a motivated **Sales & Business Development Manager** to join our team and help us grow.
• What you’ll do:
• Find new clients and business opportunities (residential & commercial)
• Build partnerships with real estate companies, property managers, and brokers
• Respond to leads and follow up on quotations
• Promote our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and services
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report results
• What we’re looking for:
• Sales experience in home maintenance, fit-out, facility management, or similar industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing network in Dubai real estate/property sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and hit targets
• UAE driving license preferred
• Knowledge of Russian language is advantage
