Sales Agent , Telesales Representative – Crypto Mining Hardware & Hosting

Company Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to hot inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
• Qualify prospects and guide them to the right ASIC miner or hosted mining service.
• Explain mining profitability, TH/s, hosting terms, and coin-specific ROI.
• Finalize sales and coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth delivery or setup.
• Maintain CRM records with deal status, quotes, and follow-up activity.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or direct B2C/B2B sales.
• Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus).
• Proven hands-on experience with cryptocurrency mining.
• Ability to confidently explain mining terms such as TH/s, power cost per kWh, profitability, and coin volatility.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working on-site in a competitive environment.
