Role Overview

The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into paying clients.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to closing.

The ideal candidate is target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of handling leads through multiple channels including calls, WhatsApp, and social media.

Experience in the Qatar/GCC market and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

· Fluent in English and Arabic.

· Strong ability to convert leads into paying customers.

· Experience in handling objections and closing deals confidently.

· Ability to manage CRM and lead pipelines effectively.

· Highly target-driven and results-oriented personality.

· Strong follow-up discipline and customer relationship management skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Good understanding of customer needs and buying behavior.

Sales Competencies

· Strong closing techniques and objection handling.

· Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.

· Ability to work under targets and pressure.

· Consistent follow-up and pipeline management.

· High level of resilience and persistence.

Preferred Experience

· 2–4+ years of proven sales experience with strong track record of meeting targets.

· Experience in wellness, fitness, nutrition, or subscription-based services.

· Experience handling WhatsApp/social media leads.

· Experience in Qatar or GCC sales environment.

· Strong understanding of upselling and retention strategies.
