Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transportation, tours, travel insurance, and other travel related services
- Understand clients' travel needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable travel packages and customized itineraries
- Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, visa regulations, airline policies, and travel advisories
- Prepare quotations, process reservations, issue travel documents, and handle booking amendments, cancellations, and refunds
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Proactively promote travel packages, seasonal promotions, and value added services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and travel related issues professionally
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, airline updates, tourism regulations, and new destination offerings
- Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and sales reports in the company's systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining service quality standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a sales or travel consultant role
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations, airline operations, visa requirements, and travel products
- Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, and relationship building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and travel management software
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a customer first mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
