- Manage flight bookings, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds for domestic and international travel
- Provide accurate and competitive fare quotations to clients
- Ensure all bookings comply with airline policies, fare rules, and company procedures
- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and in person with travel inquiries and itinerary planning
- Process payments and issue e tickets accurately and in a timely manner
- Stay updated on airline schedules, promotions, and travel regulations
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve ticketing issues efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Ticketing Agent or within a travel agency

Position Overview
- We are seeking a passionate, customer focused, and detail oriented Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
