Job Overview
Infinity Homes Properties is seeking a motivated, professional, and target-driven Real Estate Sales Agent.
The role focuses on lead generation, property promotion, viewings, client relationships, and successful sales and leasing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, understand client requirements and budgets, and promote residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Arrange property viewings, follow up with leads, convert inquiries, and negotiate offers.
- Build client relationships and coordinate with developers, landlords, buyers, tenants, and other parties.
- Maintain market knowledge and accurate records while achieving monthly and annual sales and leasing targets.
- Represent the company professionally and provide an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous real estate sales or similar sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be confident, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills are required; Arabic is advantageous.
- Microsoft Office and CRM systems knowledge is required.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
