- Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience throughout the entire sales journey
- Welcome and assist clients, identifying their needs and providing personalized product recommendations
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with VIP clients, collectors, interior designers, architects, and high net worth individuals
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall team performance
- Promote Venini's heritage, craftsmanship, collections, and bespoke services with confidence and passion
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation in accordance with brand standards
- Support inventory management, stock organization, and daily boutique operations
- Handle after sales service requests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Stay informed about new collections, market trends, and competitors within the luxury and design sectors
- Represent the brand at boutique events and client appointments when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within luxury home décor, design, art, jewelry, watches, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands
- Excellent sales and relationship building skills
- Strong passion for luxury, craftsmanship, art, and Italian design
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to deliver a highly personalized client experience
- Results oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in English is mandatory

Position Overview
- We are looking for a passionate and customer oriented Sales Advisor to join our Venini Boutique in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, building long lasting relationships with local and international clientele, and representing the values of Venini and Damiani Group with professionalism and elegance.
