- Utilize all available store resources to meet or exceed store and individual sales targets and KPI targets
- Use the Eyewa GUEST EXPERIENCE to set a standard for customer service
- Introduce Eyewa Exclusive In House Brands to customers with confidence
- Execute and maintain the store's VM standard based on brand guidelines
- Complete cash register transactions efficiently, accurately and fast
- Maintain effective customer data management
- Perform opening and closing procedures of the store
- Take delivery of stock and enter received stock into the system
- Conduct and initiate daily stock counts to maintain balanced inventory
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Requirements
- 2 3 years experience in a Retail/ Customer Service / Hospitality environment
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to work shifts / retail hours
- Ability to execute store operations
- Confident communicator who excels in verbal communication
- Enthusiastic self starter with a can do attitude
- Ability to take responsibility for the floor in absence of supervisor
- Passionate about learning and seeking ways to improve

Overview
- We are hiring a Sales Advisors for our Doha stores. This role will report directly to the Store Manager and will own all responsibilities relating to the treatment and care of eyewa customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Utilize all available store resources to meet or exceed store and individual sales targets and KPI targets.
- Use the Eyewa GUEST EXPERIENCE to set a standard for customer service.
- Being well groomed by adhering to Eyewa uniform policies and standards.
- Introducing Eyewa Exclusive In House Brands to customers with confidence.
- Educating your peers on how to improve their customer service behaviors.
- Promoting the brand culture and living the Eyewa Values.
- Executing and maintaining the store's VM standard based on the brand's guidelines.
- Complete cash register transactions efficiently, accurately and fast.
- Maintaining effective customer data management.
- Performing the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise.
- Taking delivery of stock and entering the received stock into the system.
You will be:
- 2 3 years experience in a Retail/ Customer Service / Hospitality environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility to work shifts / retail hours.
- Ability to execute store operations, focusing on selected functional areas.
- Confident communicator who excels in verbal communication.
- An enthusiastic self starter with a can do attitude.
- Being confident in your abilities to take responsibility for the floor in the absence of a supervisor or manager.
- A person who enjoys training new employees and assisting with store onboarding and inductions.
- Someone who is collaborative, productive and is respectful towards fellow team members.
- Passionate about learning and seeking ways to improve on a personal and professional level.
