Role Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Prepare quotations and maintain accurate client information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations to support smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic service issues.
• Support training and onboarding for new clients on services and processes.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to meet targets.
• Contribute to sales reporting and identify opportunities to improve client experience and revenue growth.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients and colleagues.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid customer service skills for inquiries, expectation management, and issue resolution.
• Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Training-related skills for explaining services and guiding clients through processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with reliable remote work tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client interactions.
• Logistics, transport, or supply chain sales experience is beneficial.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement

• The role is hybrid and includes flexibility for some work from home.
