Our programs cater to children and adults, helping them build strength both physically and mentally.
The Role
We are looking for a confident, driven **Sales & Admissions Advisor** to join our team.
This role is similar to a school admissions position, where you will guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process and help them choose the right program.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with new leads (parents & adults) and understand their goals
- Conduct consultations and present our programs and membership options
- Convert enquiries into enrollments
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage the full admissions pipeline from enquiry to sign-up
- Maintain strong relationships with members and families
- Work closely with the coaching team to ensure a great student experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales or admissions experience (fitness, education, or similar preferred)
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Target-driven and motivated by results
- Ability to build trust with parents and students
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads
- Passion for fitness, martial arts, or personal development is a bonus
