What You Can Expect
This position is responsible for providing the territory sales and operations leadership with administrative and project support.
How You'll Create Impact
Maintains salesforce.com for the territory and provides system and process training for backup personnel.
Ensures that contact listing for territory sales associates and operations personnel is current.
Orders and maintains appropriate levels of all office supplies.
Responsible for ordering computer supplies per the direction of the operations and/or territory leader.
Organizes and processes sales leads as directed by the territory leader.
Assists in onboarding of sales associates and operations personnel surrounding access to applicable Zimmer Biomet systems.
Monitors received invoices, codes and obtains appropriate signatures before submittal to the corporate Accounts Payable group.
Works with corporate liaison to complete vendor credentialing for territory sales associates and applicable operations personnel.
Interacts with corporate stakeholders to set up new vendors.
Supports the territory leadership with task and projects related to the office/warehouse space.
Assists with travel arrangements and prepares expense reports per the direction of the territory leader.
Project support in the sales administration and operations areas.
Office support including; spreadsheets (Excel/Access), word processing, copying, faxing, filing, and shipping, etc.
Supports territory leadership with preparation and oversight of meetings including the coordination of location and meals as applicable.
Assists with the compliance program administration in the territory,.i.e. Sunshine Reporting.
Retrieves sales reports per the direction of the territory leader.
Assist territory leader with newsletter (where applicable).

Requires proven verbal and written communication skills with an urgency to be customer focused.
Must perform work with accuracy and have a proven work history of accurate, precise work; detail oriented.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deal independently with many tasks at one time and prioritize accordingly.
Excellent attention to detail and great follow up skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal and external contacts.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Ability to type at a productive speed with minimal errors.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree required or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
2 to 5 years previous experience in a sales administration function.
Travel Expectations
Less than 5%
This role has a salary of $64,000-$80,000 annually + bonus
