- Update and prepare the sales rollout for all available projects
- Review client information in the system based on submitted documents
- Prepare contracts, memos, cancellation schedule, waiver of transfer of ownership
- Deal with email enquiries and liaise with sales team
- Update records and databases with personal and other data of clients
- Scan and file all documents related to sales contract
- Handle sales and pre selling coordination when needed
- Maintain monthly sales reports
- Prepare contracts for sales team and brokers
- Provide administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior
Requirements
- 1 year of real estate experience
- Experience in sales administration or related field
