About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department and ensure smooth day to day operations
- Prepare quotations, sales invoices, delivery documents, and related sales documentation
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants to track customer inquiries, bookings, and vehicle deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer documentation
- Monitor and update vehicle inventory and coordinate with the Logistics Team regarding stock availability and transfers
- Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, Workshop, and Registration Teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation and delivery
- Prepare sales reports, maintain filing systems, and support management with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Sales Coordination, preferably within the automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
