- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless finish

- Proven experience as a PDR Technician

- Ability to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to relocate if required
