Job summary

Support the sales and administrative operations of a trading and contracting company serving the construction materials industry.

Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order coordination, documentation, supplier communication, and general office administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries, RFQs, emails, and telephone calls.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and sales documents.
  • Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, deliveries, invoices, and payment documentation.
  • Maintain enquiry, quotation, purchase order, customer, and supplier records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on prices, availability, lead times, datasheets, and required information.
  • Assist with purchase orders and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate customers, suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams.
  • Prepare and collect technical product and compliance documentation.
  • Support business opportunity identification, product presentations, prequalification, and tender documentation.
  • Perform filing, scanning, document control, correspondence, meeting coordination, and other assigned administration.

Candidate requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, trading, construction materials, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office applications.
  • Ability to prepare professional quotations, emails, and business correspondence.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, multitask, maintain accurate records, and work in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Qatar or GCC experience is preferred.

  • Tender or RFQ documentation.
  • Procurement and supplier coordination.
  • Sales quotation and order processing.

Employment and workplace

  • Employment type is full-time.
  • Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.

Compensation

  • Pay is QAR 2,000–3,000 per month.
