Sales Account Manager – SAP & ERP Solutions

to join our growing team in Riyadh.

Position: Sales Account Manager – SAP & ERP Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts for SAP and ERP solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for SAP and enterprise ERP systems to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities related to:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP BTP
  • SAP SuccessFactors

• SAP Analytics & Reporting

  • SAP Integration

• Enterprise ERP Solutions

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer business processes and translate requirements into SAP/ERP-based solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure long-term customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Technical Consultants, and Delivery Teams to prepare proposals, solution scopes, and demos.
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking using CRM systems.
  • Monitor SAP and ERP market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Proven experience in selling SAP, ERP, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong background in IT, enterprise software, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated mindset.
