About the Role

  • Dezert Innovation Technology is looking for a proactive and results driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate high quality sales opportunities for our SAP, ERP, Digital Transformation, and IT Solutions business.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, nurturing prospects, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients across various industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and project potential.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and the Sales/Business Development team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
  • Experience in B2B technology sales is preferred.
  • Experience in SAP, ERP, Cloud, or IT Solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
