Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients across various industries
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound channels
- Qualify leads based on business needs and project potential
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the Sales/Business Development team
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication
- Meet monthly lead generation and appointment targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, Business Development, or Inside Sales
- Experience in B2B technology sales is preferred
- Experience in SAP, ERP, Cloud, or IT Solutions is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

About the Role
- Dezert Innovation Technology is looking for a proactive and results driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate high quality sales opportunities for our SAP, ERP, Digital Transformation, and IT Solutions business.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, nurturing prospects, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
