• Promote Mammoet’s services and technical expertise across the southern ontario region.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets through effective account management and business development.
• Resolve customer issues in accordance with contractual obligations and internal standards.
• Support the profitability of Mammoet’s operations.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with regional strategies and standards.
• Identify and secure opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Manage client expectations in line with service agreements and internal requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations and other commercial contract documents in accordance with sales and contract management guidelines.
• Experience 5–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining. Professional-level experience in heavy lift transport operations and equipment, with knowledge of contract and tender management practices; mobile crane experience is preferred.
