Procurement Manager

Cultivate strategic partnerships with key material suppliers and facility service providers (HVAC, electrical, janitorial, security, roofing, waste management).

Track vendor performance against SLAs, driving corrective actions when service delivery or product quality falls below agreed benchmarks.

Manage contract lifecycles, warranty claims, and annual vendor reviews.

Serve as the central point of contact for Operations, QHSE, Finance, and Project Management regarding purchasing needs and facility requirements.

Provide regular reporting on spend metrics, savings targets, ongoing capital upgrade progress, and facility audit performance.

Drive process efficiency by implementing standard maintenance workflows and leveraging ERP tools (such as SAP) for purchase orders and work order tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

8–10 years of combined experience in strategic procurement and facilities/property management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Demonstrated background managing building infrastructure projects, building service contractors, and facility maintenance budgets.

Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract drafting, and spend optimization.

Experience working in heavy equipment, industrial services, logistics, construction, or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Professional credentials such as CIPS, ISM (CPSM), or IFMA (CFM/FMP) are an advantage.
