Negotiate commercial pricing, master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and service level agreements (SLAs) with trade contractors and material vendors.
Ensure all procurement and facility contracting complies with corporate governance, safety policies, legal guidelines, and delegated authority limits.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of combined experience in strategic procurement and facilities/property management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated background managing building infrastructure projects, building service contractors, and facility maintenance budgets.
Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract drafting, and spend optimization.
Experience working in heavy equipment, industrial services, logistics, construction, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Professional credentials such as CIPS, ISM (CPSM), or IFMA (CFM/FMP) are an advantage.
