Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive business growth within our BPO and Contact Center services portfolio.

The role will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, RFP management, proposal development and deal closures, ensuring achievement of assigned sales revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BPO sales cycles, including responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, managing client relationships, and closing medium to large outsourcing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
  • Market research
  • Industry networking
  • Referrals and partnerships
  • Cold outreach and prospecting
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
  • Engage potential clients across industries requiring BPO/contact center outsourcing services.
  • Qualify leads based on defined opportunity criteria.
  • Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into viable BPO solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized service offerings.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Prepare compelling commercial and technical proposals.
  • Ensure all proposals meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Track proposal lifecycle from submission to closure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contractual agreements.
  • Drive opportunities to closure within defined timelines.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handover of signed clients to delivery teams.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide regular sales updates to management.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with Solution selling capabilities,

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • - 4 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in BPO or Contact Center industry
