About the Role
Al Izaan HR LLC seeks a Safety Supervisor for construction site safety management. You will conduct HSE orientations, inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Requires a Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, 3-5 years of HSE experience in construction, and NEBOSH certification.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall site Safety health and environment management
- Conduct HSE orientation/induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
- Understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions
- Implement SSOW (PTW/ Risk Assessment etc.)
- Conduct HSE inspections
- Understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections and document them for reference
- Consult with workers and management on the best approach to deliver a safe working environment
- Conduct Audit for the site, contractor and sub contractor, Raise NCR, Accident, Incident Report
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree OR Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3 5 years' experience in HSE in construction industry
- Certification in NEBOSH is mandatory
- Experience in high rise buildings will be given preference

Job Responsibilities
