About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, preliminary, in process, and final inspections in accordance with AERS RSQCM procedures
- Verify conformity of all incoming articles, materials, and components prior to use
- Ensure proper identification and handling of parts using proper tags and quarantine procedures
- Document discrepancies using DA forms and Quality Management System (Q Pulse) and coordinate corrective actions
- Support Line Maintenance 1 and Line Maintenance 2 inspection requirements
- Conduct receiving inspections on AERS procured parts, hardware, materials, and outsourced components
- Support AERS safety procedures including FOD prevention, tool control, and lost tool reporting
- Monitor accurate work orders, task cards, discrepancy forms, inspection records, and technical data packages
- Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality system checks
- Support initiation and processing of nonconformance reports and corrective action requests
Requirements
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, and inspection functions
- Ability to interpret and apply technical data, maintenance manuals, and inspection standards
- Understanding of part traceability, conformity, and documentation requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured compliance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English

Job Purpose
- The AERS SQMA Specialist supports the Dynamic Aviation Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance Manager on the AERS Program.
- Performs inspections, verifies conformity of parts and materials, supports safety programs, and ensures compliance with the AERS Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM).
Key Responsibilities
