Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety programs and procedures tailored to project specific risks across Kochi, Chennai, and Mumbai locations
- Investigate all workplace accidents, near misses, and incidents, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Deliver engaging and effective safety training sessions to all personnel, covering topics from emergency response to the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain accurate and up to date safety records, including incident reports, inspection logs, and training documentation, for regulatory compliance and internal review
