About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work across all project sites
- Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
- Identify hazards and unsafe practices, enforce corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi OSHAD regulations and client specific HSE requirements
- Maintain accurate records: incident reports, inspection logs, permits to work, training registers
- Investigate accidents and near misses, prepare reports, recommend preventive measures
- Deliver safety inductions and ongoing training to site workers and subcontractors
- Ensure proper use of PPE and correct setup of site safety equipment and signage
- Coordinate with project engineers and site management to integrate safety into daily operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in UAE construction / fit out / MEP sector
- Sound knowledge of OSHAD, UAE labour law, and international HSE standards
- First Aid certification preferred
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi OSHAD (OSH AD) regulations and client specific HSE requirements.

- Deliver safety inductions and ongoing training to site workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and correct setup of site safety equipment and signage.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Available to join immediately or on short notice.
Pay
- AED 3,500 AED 6,500 per month
