The Role

  • We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Officer to establish and manage the full HR function at KRM Global.
  • This is a hands on role — you will own recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations for a growing workforce of skilled tradespeople, engineers, and office staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, and work permit renewals with PRO
  • Process monthly payroll inputs and leave management
  • Draft and enforce HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and separation processes
  • Support project managers and the Executive Director with manpower planning and resource allocation
  • Liaise with subcontractors and site teams on workforce compliance and documentation
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a UAE contracting, construction, or FM company
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processes
  • Experience managing blue collar and white collar workforce simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with HR software is a plus
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Organized, discreet, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment

Pay

  • AED 7,000.00 AED 9,000.00 per month
