Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Safety Officer or Safety Engineer for work in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and risks.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness training for employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor the proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in preparing risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience is required.
- A relevant safety qualification or engineering degree or diploma is required.
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and site safety procedures is required.
- Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
