Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network issues, and user inquiries.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Support network and Wi-Fi setup and maintenance.
- Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation updates.
- Perform system monitoring, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers.
- Support IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and best practices.
- Travel to different company locations for on-site support as required.
Required qualifications and skills
- Minimum 4 years of IT support experience within the UAE is mandatory.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, access points, CCTV, and telephony systems is preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and domain environments.
- Basic understanding of IT security practices.
- Experience supporting remote users and cloud-based applications.
Work location
- Work is performed in person.
- The role includes on-site support at different company locations as required.
