Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update company wide safety policies, procedures, and OHS management systems
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Organize and deliver safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks to ensure staff awareness of safety protocols
- Act as liaison with regulatory bodies (e.g., OSHA) to ensure legal and statutory requirements are met
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and that safety equipment is functional
Requirements
- In depth understanding of OHS guidelines, OSHA standards, and local health and safety legislation
- Analytical skills to assess risks, interpret data, and identify potential hazards
- Excellent interpersonal skills to educate staff, train employees, and report to management
- Highly attentive to detail for conducting thorough inspections and documentation
- Degree in safety management, engineering, or related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP)

- We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated Safety Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update company wide safety policies, procedures, and OHS management systems.

Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED4,000.00 per month
