- Person in charge of all on site operations
- Working with contractors and sub contractors to ensure the contract runs to schedule
- Control all aspects of the site including planning work, arranging delivery of materials, and managing sub contractors
- Ensure the project runs to schedule and to budget, managing programs of work
- Find solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as late arrival of materials
- Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
- Coordination between all sub contractors works at site
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Experience in fit out or construction site management
