Throughout your time in our MDA program, you will gain experience in implementing risk assessment processes, making safety improvement recommendations, and delivering comprehensive safety trainings to new hires and contractors.

Implement and utilize assessment and risk prediction processes to ensure effective identification, communication, and mitigation of workplace hazards

Make recommendations for safety improvements throughout the factory

Provide effective safety training that includes safety orientation programs for new hires and contractors

Organize, coordinate, and conduct training for the factory safety committee

Model and enforce compliance of internally and externally mandated safety regulations and procedures

Serve as a resource to all factory employees, providing exceptional customer service
