Key Responsibilities

  • Position: Safety Engineer Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat Experience: 8-12 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Any Discipline) with ADIS/PDIS Certification (State Government Recognized) - Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation of HSE standards and safety procedures at project sites.
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across project teams.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in EHS/Safety management for industrial projects.
  • Mandatory ADIS/PDIS certification from a recognized State Government institution.
  • Experience in chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or process plant projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk management.
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
