- Strong Account Management and Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets through indirect or partner led models
- Background in B2B sales for AI, cloud, or software solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel as needed

Role Description
- The SaaS Channel Partner Sales Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic channel partners across the region.
- In this position, the manager identifies, recruits, and onboards new channel partners, while strengthening relationships with existing partners to expand Worktual AI’s market presence.
- Day to day activities include developing joint business plans, coordinating go to market initiatives, monitoring sales performance, and enabling partners with training, sales tools, and product knowledge.
- The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as product, marketing, and customer success to ensure channel partners are supported and aligned with Worktual AI’s commercial and technical strategy.
- The manager will track pipeline, forecast partner led opportunities, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 4+ years experience in Channel Partners and Channel Sales, particularly within SaaS or enterprise technology environments within the UAE.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including joint go to market strategies, revenue forecasting, and partner performance analysis.
- Strong Account Management and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets through indirect or partner led models.
- Background in B2B sales for AI, cloud, or software solutions, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions in business terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills, with cultural awareness and experience working in diverse markets.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel as needed to engage partners and clients within the region.
- Adequately qualified in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools, along with strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategy.
