- Lead Worktual AI's sales strategy and execution for the UAE and GCC market
- Oversee the end to end sales cycle including market development, pipeline building, opportunity qualification, proposal creation, and contract negotiation
- Manage and mentor a sales team, set performance targets, and ensure consistent account management practices
- Engage with senior stakeholders at prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to shape AI solutions
- Use data driven insights to refine sales tactics and forecasts
- Represent Worktual AI at industry events and stay current on regional market trends
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in B2B SaaS technology or AI related solutions, particularly in the UAE or broader Middle East region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role
- Strong SaaS Sales and Sales Management skills
- Account Management skills to build trusted relationships and manage key accounts
- Team Management skills to recruit, develop, and motivate a high performing sales team
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and inform strategic decisions
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
