RPA Developer

RPA Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across business processes.

Process Automation: Automate manual and repetitive tasks, including data entry, email processing, reporting, and other operational workflows to drive productivity gains.

Solution Design: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into practical automation solutions

Automation Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor automation performance, investigate issues, and resolve production incidents to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation.

Continuous Improvement: Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing automations to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.

Systems Integration: Develop and support integrations using APIs, structured data sources, and connected business applications to enable seamless workflow automation.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and support materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

User Enablement: Support implementation activities, assist with user adoption, and provide guidance to help teams maximize the value of automation solutions.

Quality & Governance: Follow development standards, testing procedures, and best practices to ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable automation solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in RPA development, automation engineering, or related software development roles.

Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath or similar automation platforms.
