Rowing Counselor

The Rowing Counselor is responsible for creating and implementing age appropriate rowing lessons, and will plan fun, challenging activities for campers of all ages. The rowing counselor should be a safe, strong, confident rower with a good understanding of strokes, and other related boating knowledge. The rowing counselor will be required to complete written evaluations of all campers who participate in rowing, and will assist other counselors in the canoeing, kayaking and fishing curriculums.

Completed first year of college (by start of summer)

ARC Lifeguard Certification (Roughing It will reimburse and may have course available)
